Terms of Use

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern the use of the Petblog mobile application (the "App"), provided by Konstantin Kuznetcov ("we", "us").

By using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please stop using the App.

2. Age Requirements

The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old.

If you are between 13 and 17 years old, you may only use the App with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware that such data has been collected without appropriate consent, we will delete it immediately.

3. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and not to violate the rights of third parties.

The following are prohibited:

violating applicable laws and regulations;
infringing the intellectual property rights of third parties;
uploading or distributing malicious software;
taking actions intended to disrupt the operation of the App;
impersonating any person or organization.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the App in case of violations of these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

The App may offer paid access through subscriptions.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Renewal charges occur within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
Refunds are handled according to Apple's policies.

5. User Content

Users may upload content, including photos and documents.

By uploading content, you:

confirm that you have the necessary rights to it;
grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the App.

We do not claim ownership of your content. All rights not expressly granted remain with you.

You may not upload content that:

infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of third parties;
is unlawful, offensive, pornographic, or promotes violence;
contains personal data of third parties without their consent;
contains malicious software or other harmful materials.

We are not responsible for user-generated content but reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms without prior notice.

6. App Content

All App content (excluding user content) is owned by Petblog or used legally.

Copying, distributing, or otherwise using it without our written permission is prohibited.

7. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services that may collect data in accordance with their own privacy policies:

Google Firebase — analytics and data storage (privacy policy).

We are not responsible for the actions of third-party services. We recommend reviewing their privacy policies.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

We are not liable for:

any direct or indirect damages;
data loss;
service interruptions;
losses arising from the use of or inability to use the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will notify you via an in-app notification or by email, if provided.

The current version is always available in the App and at: https://petblog.app/en/terms/

Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Suspension of Access

We may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.

If you believe access was restricted in error, you may contact us at support@petblog.app to request clarification or submit an appeal.

You may stop using the App at any time.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia.

Any disputes arising in connection with the use of the App shall first be resolved through negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved out of court, it shall be submitted to the competent court at the location of Konstantin Kuznetcov.
